Alison

I trained in Christchurch and have worked in Canterbury since 1992 in many varied nursing roles including surgical, medical, emergency, acute community nursing, agency nursing, older person's health, most recently in the community in various roles including teaching nursing students.

I am a local girl, having lived here since 7 yrs old and am now really enjoying working within this community as a practice nurse. I have a particular interest in nursing children and enjoy seeing people with their families and being able to get to know them much better than hospital nursing allows.

I have two teenagers and two dogs, but only 1 cat and a husband.
