BMJ Best Treatments  - search on any illness to find out all about it. This is a reliable guide and better than many other internet sites. Note that not all the treatments are available in NZ.

DermNet – all about skin conditions, put together by the skin specialists in NZ

Appetite For Life - 6 week course on healthy eating for women to maintain current weight or achieve weight loss.
