Durham Health Patient Satisfaction Survey
Our team here at Durham Health are committed to continuously improving our service to you
Our goal is to be involved in national surveys as organised by the Ministry of Health. These surveys provide us with anonymous feedback that is invaluable to us and ensures we are continually improving our service to you, our community.
As from 2016 these surveys are run several times a year and we receive thorough reports advising us of results and any comments made. The reports are too large to publish, however we shall be advising of the overall message and how we are adapting our services to meet the feedback.
Feburary 2017: In response to feedback we are now developing an online appointment booking system. We hope to have this up and running ASAP
November 2016. We have had numerous feedback requesting we communicate better at informing patient's when doctors are running late. Most patients realise the difficulty in doctors always keeping to time and the need for emergencys to take prioirty over routine booked appointments. However, and we agree we can certainly communicate this to patients who are waiting and keep everyone informed.
September 2017. Due to feedback we have begun daily drop in clinics for those patients who need to be seen on the day urgently. The clinics are run daily at 3pm.
If you have any feedback please feel free to email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 03 313 4659 any time.
