About me
Hi there,
My name is Lucy, and I’m originally from Aberdeen, Scotland.
I studied Medicine and completed a Master’s in Public Health at the University of Aberdeen, where I particularly enjoyed rural placements in Aviemore, the Isle of Lewis, and the Shetland Islands.
I moved to New Zealand in 2022 and spent several years working in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and General Medicine at Whangarei Hospital before transitioning into GP training. I have a strong passion for women’s health.
Outside of work, I enjoy running, hillwalking, pilates, and sewing.
I’m very much looking forward to meeting you all at Durham Health and exploring the beautiful sights the South Island has to offer.
Thanks,
Lucy
